Fruit Smoothies

200 Calorie Meals:

My friend Sue introduced me to these delicious smoothies.  I use a variety of fresh and frozen fruits.  So far, my favorite is a smoothie made with fresh cherries.  In a pinch, I use Kroger's Private Selection Triple Berry Medley of frozen berries.  Mix the yogurt and berries together in a blender and enjoy about a cup of the creamy deliciousness. 







Black Coffee:   5 calories, 1 cup
Dannon Light & Fit Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt:  60 calories, 3 ounces 
Kroger Private Selection Triple Berry Medley:  40 calories, 1/2 cup     

TOTAL:  100 calories
